It is the customer’s responsibility to save and back up all downloaded files to a secure location. Soft Chaos Studio cannot guarantee replacement downloads if files are lost, deleted, or misplaced after download.
3. Editable Files

Our products are created using Canva, allowing you to customise the designs to suit your own needs.
To edit the files, you will need a Canva account. A free Canva account is sufficient for most products unless otherwise stated.
4. Rebranding Rights
All documents may be rebranded.
You are welcome to:

- Change colours
- Edit fonts
- Replace images
- Modify the content
- Personalise the design for your business or brand
5. Resale Rights
All documents purchased from Soft Chaos Studio include resale rights.
You may:
- Resell the documents as digital products
- Rebrand them before resale
- Sell them through your own website, online shop, or digital marketplace
- Use them as part of your own business offerings
You are responsible for ensuring that your resale activities comply with the policies of any third-party platform you choose to use.
6. Copyright
While the documents include resale and rebranding rights, the original designs remain the intellectual property of Soft Chaos Studio until purchased.
Unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or downloading without purchasing is strictly prohibited.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase has been completed and the download has been made available.

8. Limitation of Liability
